We authorise Corporate Authorised Representatives (CARs) and Individual Authorised Representatives (IARs) to provide financial services under our licence, working in partnership with 360Certainty to deliver integrated compliance and risk management services.

Obtaining your own AFSL typically takes 6-12+ months, costs significantly more, and requires Responsible Managers with appropriate experience. Success is not guaranteed – only around half of new AFSL applications are approved and can be even less with rates varying based on completeness and regulatory scrutiny. Many clients start as an Authorised Representative and could even transition to their own AFSL with our assistance once their business has grown and they have the appetite to manage their own AFSL.

We assess both the character and competence of potential clients to ensure they meet our standards for integrity and professional capability.

No. Avenir Capital only authorises representatives to provide financial services to wholesale clients. We Do NOT provide authorisations for retail client services. This deliberate focus allows us to maintain our areas of expertise and ensure appropriate risk management. If your business model includes retail clients, you would need a different AFSL holder or your own AFSL with retail authorisations.

Avenir Capital can only authorise financial services covered by our AFSL, including: · Providing financial product advice on securities, derivatives, and managed investment schemes · Dealing in financial products (arranging, applying for, acquiring, varying, disposing) · Fund management services · Services related to M&A advisory and capital raising All services must be to wholesale clients only. We cannot authorise retail services, credit services, insurance services, or services related to financial products outside our licence scope.

Fees vary depending on your business complexity and the authorisations required.
